How to use steel cutting machine?

(1) When the cutting machine is working, you must concentrate. You must not only keep a clear mind, but also operate the electric tool rationally. It is prohibited to drink or take alcohol. After taking medicine, you should operate the cutting machine.
(2) The power line must be safe and reliable, and it is strictly prohibited to pull without authorization. Before use, the performance of the equipment must be carefully checked to ensure that all parts are in good condition.
(3) Wear appropriate work clothes, do not wear too loose work clothes, do not wear jewelry or long hair, do not wear gloves and operate without cuffs buttoned.
(4) The workpiece to be processed must be clamped firmly. It is forbidden to start cutting when the workpiece is not clamped tightly.
(5) It is forbidden to grind the burrs of the workpiece on the grinding wheel plane to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking.
(6) When cutting, the operator must deviate from the front of the grinding wheel and wear protective glasses.
(7) It is strictly prohibited to use the existing incomplete grinding wheel. When cutting, prevent sparks from splashing and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
(8) When clamping the workpiece, the clamped workpiece shall be stable and firm, and the protective cover must be correctly installed. After clamping, the machine shall be started for idling inspection, and there shall be no shaking and abnormal noise.
(9) When replacing a new cutting blade or grinding wheel blade midway, do not use too much force to avoid cracking of the saw blade or grinding wheel blade.
(10) In case of equipment shake and other faults, the maintenance shall be stopped immediately. It is strictly prohibited to work with illness, taking or drinking. Do not wear gloves during operation. If dust is caused during operation, wear a mask.
